Am I the only one who likes this manga...? Lol, information technology starts off pretty weakly merely strengthens one time you're a volume or ii in. This series has rated loftier accolades across the board though it pains me that I tin't seem to find volumes that aren't scanlated but have been officially translated at my local bookstores. Personally I love Hidaka Banri's art and I tin can still see semblances of information technology in this forerunner to her current gorgeous style. As much as I love seeing character growth I think the charting of mangaka growth is equally important and equally interesting - and her art improves tremendously as Sekai de Ichiban Dai Kirai progresses. Don't exist put off past the art, and give the story a go. I don't think y'all'll be disappointed!
Whatever daughter who is every bit weak every bit her allowing the so called male lead to manipulate her in such a mode is pathetic. Whatever guy who uses manipulation to get a girl to cutting her hair in a style that she does not want to is a Piece Of CRAP. I HATE this story because of how the characters interact. Kind of reminds me of the girls who wait at home for their boyfriend that comes dwelling house drunk and beats the crap out of her and thinks that she somehow deserves it and stays with him until he goes to far and ends up killing her.
This manga brings back fond memories. It was ane of the manga that really caught my attention when I outset started reading it. The characters were lovable and i loved how the manga paired the acerbic heroine with the cheerful hero. And the story doesn't try too hard to exist engaging- it just IS! I've been waiting for scans for this manga for years. I hope someone picks up this projection!

Right at present, this is my absolute favourite manga series. I love the characters dearly, and the story is actually enjoyable to me. The primary focus, of course, is on Kazuha and Sugimoto, but other relationships (between their circle of friends, coworkers, siblings, family members) are all explored and the characters grow as the series goes on. A lot of fun sense of humour as well as sweetness. Though the story moves somewhat slowly, it's an enjoyable stride—developing the characters' lives around them (rather than just filling upwardly pages with a random assortment of shoujo-cliché-moments). It'due south realistic and lovely.
The other ii reviewers didn't like the fine art much, but Hidaka-sensei really is an awesome artist in my opinion. The manner may not be everyone's favourite (and it'southward set about 8 years previous to the time it was written, then it does have a 90s look to it) but if you tin go past that, she has a lot of skill (her drawings of hands are gorgeous! haha~), carrying characters' feelings through both their expressions and body language.
Then please give information technology a try

It is a nice story even so
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The haircut she receives in the middle of the violume made her expect totally similar a boy. And since I am non into yaoi (or something similar to information technology as a heroine looks like a male child) I find it UGLY.
5/x
3 chapters in and I notwithstanding can't become over the weird art style. It's just not aesthetically pleasing. A little too much text, a piddling also messy, and no really lovable characters. Maybe good for readers who like age gaps and 1990s clothing (his Harry Potter sunglasses are silly).
